We will send the parcel to their address in Jakarta (your post box) for free.
International delivery service will be provided by 
Shop-and-Ship, and delivery fees will be paid directly to them.

TAXES AND DUTIES

The shipping cost added to your order at the time of checkout does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country where the order is travelling to.
The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes, incurred during shipment, which may be required by the courier to release the package.
Returned or refused packages will be refunded less than any incurred shipment or other costs.

DISPATCH

We want you to enjoy your BESSE purchases as fast as possible! We dispatch orders if they are in stock within the next business day.
For pre-ordered items, please check time with us before placing your order.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day.
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during busy sale periods.

TRACKING

All International and local parcels are tracked. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email.

CANCELATION

To request a cancellation after placing an order, you may contact us via info@bessethelabel.com.
Your request will be processed and if the order is not yet dispatched, we will be able to cancel your order and refund the payments.
We cannot make any cancellations after your order was dispatched.

RETURN

Changed your mind or the item didn't fit? No problem.
You have 14 days (from the day parcel when was received) to let us know and send it back.
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with original tags and in original packaging; simply in the same condition as you received them.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable delivery option to make sure items reach back to Bali.
SALE items cannot be returned.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us at info@bessethelabel.com and we will help you through the process.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Our warehouse team does ensure all items are subject to quality control prior to dispatch.
In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer care department as soon as possible via email: info@bessethelabel.com

Please include your order number and any images of the fault/incorrect item and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

REFUND 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the refund status.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
